Job Panjika (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and use information when you use our mobile application, Job Panjika.
1.1 Account Information
- When you sign in with Google (using Firebase Authentication), we collect your Google account information necessary for verification and login purposes, such as your email address and basic profile details.
- You can also use the app anonymously, in which case no identifiable personal data is stored.
1.2 Job Data
- You can add job details such as company name, job title, status, HR contacts, and notes.
- This data is securely stored in Firebase Firestore and is accessible only to you.
1.3 Resume Storage
- If you upload a resume or file, it is securely stored on Cloudflare R2.
- We do not access, read, or share your uploaded files.
1.4 Device Information
- Firebase may collect limited technical data such as device model, OS version, and crash logs to help improve performance.
- To enable login and app functionality.
- To save and display your job records.
- To ensure data synchronization and reliability.
- To improve app performance and user experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties.
- All data is securely stored using Firebase Firestore, encrypted both in transit and at rest.
- Uploaded resumes are stored using Cloudflare R2 with authenticated, restricted access.
- We use modern security measures to protect against unauthorized access or disclosure.
- Your data remains stored as long as your account is active and you use the app.
- Anonymous user data may be deleted automatically after a period of inactivity.
Data Deletion Request: If you wish to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please contact us directly via email.

We will process deletion requests within 30 days of verification. In-app data deletion is not yet available but will be added in a future update.

Job Panjika is not intended for individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any updates will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the app after updates means you agree to the revised policy.
